Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

RotoRooter did what no one else could! We had an issue that ended up being a city problem...3 plumbers later we finally called RotoRooter and our amazing technician found the gravel in the sewer and called the city out on the spot. We called Roto Rooter in Fort Wayne, IN and they were very friendly and provided ius with how much it would cost us for them to do the work. After having a bad experience with another plumbing company (not fixing the problem, leaving a huge, disgusting mess behind) we called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne, IN. We had a back up in our sump pump and you could smell it through our whole house. Roto-Rooter showed up when they told us they would and were able to fix the problem. I would have to say that this is the first time we have used Roto rooter for service and it won't be the last. The experience first started with a service order being create by a nice lady named Sheri over the phone. She set me up with an on call notification on when the tech was going to arrive at my home. Working all day I told her depending on the time I would possibly get to leave work for a little while. Call came in at 11am told me the tech could be at my home in ten minutes, I checked my schedule and was able to leave work to receive the service from Roto rooter. \r Now for the technician. His name is mike and from the start of this experience I knew he was going to be an honest, hard working and funny guy. Mike followed me around my home listen to what I had to say about my issues with water backing up in the drains. After the walk through mike diagnosed what he thought was the problem, explained it to me and discussed what he will have to do. Mike got started right away with his happy go lucky self and did a very nice job, being very professional with his equipment and procedures. Talking with mike a little while he was at work on our drains, I found that he has been employed with Roto rooter for 8 years and has seen it all. During, mike's process of fixing the drain he was organized and clean with his work and most importantly able to fix the problem in a timely manner so that I could return to work. \r I would like to say ""thank you "" to Roto rooter of Fort Wayne, IN for their help and success of making my home a treat to live in once again. more

I had Roto-Rooter at my house on December 3, 2013 to fix a leaky toilet. I found out that the toilet tank was not installed properly when it was first installed seven years ago.\r \r They did a good job fixing the unit and I now have a non leaking toilet for the first time.\r \r They were on time and the pricing was fair.\r more

Technician came in the time frame specified and was great. He identified the issue very quickly. My sewage pump needed to be replaced. He gave me an initial estimate of between $800 - $1200. He left to get a pump and when he came back he said he got one at a good price. Bottom line: my bill was less than the estimate - $703.58! \r I was very pleased. more
