I would have to say that this is the first time we have used Roto rooter for service and it won't be the last. The experience first started with a service order being create by a nice lady named Sheri over the phone. She set me up with an on call notification on when the tech was going to arrive at my home. Working all day I told her depending on the time I would possibly get to leave work for a little while. Call came in at 11am told me the tech could be at my home in ten minutes, I checked my schedule and was able to leave work to receive the service from Roto rooter. \r
Now for the technician. His name is mike and from the start of this experience I knew he was going to be an honest, hard working and funny guy. Mike followed me around my home listen to what I had to say about my issues with water backing up in the drains. After the walk through mike diagnosed what he thought was the problem, explained it to me and discussed what he will have to do. Mike got started right away with his happy go lucky self and did a very nice job, being very professional with his equipment and procedures. Talking with mike a little while he was at work on our drains, I found that he has been employed with Roto rooter for 8 years and has seen it all. During, mike's process of fixing the drain he was organized and clean with his work and most importantly able to fix the problem in a timely manner so that I could return to work. \r
