We called Roto Rooter in Fort Wayne, IN and they were very friendly and provided ius with how much it would cost us for them to do the work. They also stated if we chose not to use them, that there would be a fee. We liked their honesty. The technician on the first day arrived when were told. He was friendly and informative. He never once gave us any false hopes. The technician on the 2nd day was also very informative. He also took the time to call the city of Fort Wayne and wait for them to show up.\r
