Roto-Rooter did an excellent job at my house. The service man was prompt to my house, and worked quickly, yet efficiently. They diagnosed the problem fast and the price was reasonable. I was also given information to help with future problems. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with a plumbing problem. more

Bathtub clogged 11/27/2010

Bathtub drain was completly clogged. called around and the only one that was able to get us in was roto rooter. was very happy with the service and it was done in a timley manner. would have liked to see that svc rep leave the area he serviced a little cleaner but none the less he got the job done. more

Quick and Efficient! 10/27/2010

I was very surprised that the technician appeared sooner than the office told me he would. He completed the job within half an hour after arrival. We had a leaky water pipe leading from the water heater, we had no hot water, and the run-off pipe needed moved. He quickly and efficiently fixed the leak, lit the pilot light (gas water heater), and moved the pipe in no time at all. The charge was even less than quoted. Yeah! Roto-Rooter has been my first call for several years now. Keep up the good work! more

I called Roto-Rooter to come look at my dishwasher that would not drain. They sent someone to my house within 30 minutes and he had the problem fixed within 15 minutes! I would say the service and time frame was outstanding! The only negative would be that he went ahead and fixed the problem without giving me a quote for how much it would cost first, so I was surprised when he told me it was already fixed and what the cost would be. It would have been nice to know that before he fixed it so that if it had been out of my price range, i could have let him know. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers have to come out about once a year to make sure my main line is clear of roots and other stuff? They are always professional and quick. Now they are including camera service with all main line clean out which is great. Lets you know right away if you have or are going to have problems and where its at? We had been having trouble with our toilets since we tiled both bathroom floors (they used to be a thick carpet). We had tried several solutions on our own, but finally got frustrated enough that we called Roto-Rooter. They came out, inspected both toilets (they were having different issues) and fixed both quickly and efficiently. The plumber was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also had a dip in the lawn in front of our house that was directly over a sewage drain and asked for the video inspection. While the technician did the inspection (which thankfully turned up nothing) he informed us of what we were looking at and suggestions for keeping it running smoothly. It's nice to have the peace-of-mind that the dirt just settled, versus our drainage being compromised. more
