Great Service 2/9/2012

We had standing water and a clogged basement drain. My initial phone call was professional and the young lady was extremely polite and informative. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-3-12 1/18/2012

I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers on New Years Eve because I was in need of a plumber to clear my main line. In my mind, I'm thinking this will be a simple fix. A plumber (who shall remain nameless) came out to my Fort Wayne home and was in and out in less than 30 mins. He told me he had cleared the line and solved my problem. I took him at his word, said, "thank you," and off he went. 2 days later my line was back to being clogged and raw sewage was once again being pumped into my back yard from my sump pump. SEWER SERVICE 1/17/2012

Saturday 12 noon; washing clothes; sewer backing up into tub and shower stall; can't flush toilets. Called two other sewer services companies before calling Roto-Rooter. RR called back first (never heard from 1st company called); within an hour of placing call, service man was at our door; he (Mike) worked diligently in the frigid cold for approx two hours opening sewer line to get us flowing again; still need more work done but were happy to be able to use facilities within a reasonable amount of time. Woke up this morning to a bathroom shower leaking down into garage!!! Yikes! Needed a plumber desperately! But No need to fear...called Fort Wayne Roto Rooter and they were here within a few hours! Fair prices..immediate fix!! Gave us some pointers on what to do if the leak shows back up without having to tear into our wall. They always leave the worse case scenario for last! The plumber from Roto Rooter was very friendly, professional, and hard-working. I was so grateful to have Roto Rooter help us out when we found our basement flooded in the evening. It was a snowy night but it didn't stop our plumber from arriving on-time! He was quick to solve the problem and replace our sump pump. I had a great experience with the plumber from Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne. The guy was very experienced and nice. He had arrived on time and had no problem getting to work on the clean out. He was at my house for maybe an hour and it was a wonderful experience. I will be calling them the next time that I need my sewer cleaned out or any other issues that may arise in the future. Ed the plumber from Roto-Rooter Ft. Wayne was great! We had well over a foot of water in our crawl space. He pumped out all of the water, inspected, and fixed the pump and even noticed a potential problem with a second pump that was shooting water straight into our new addition on the house. Great catch! The service was quick and Ed was very friendly and explained everything every step of the way. This was a very unexpected expense during the Christmas season and I appreciated that he was able to fix the existing pump without unnecessarily charging us for a new one. Great experience! Our plumber, Bob, was excellent! We received excellent service from beginning to end. I called early on Black Friday morning, and Bob was at my house within 30 minutes! He spent the next few hours cleaning out the drains, making sure everything was working just right. He even hooked up my stubborn dryer for me! While doing laundry this morning, I went to the basement to get laundry soap and noticed standing water on the floor. The first thing I thought of was to call Roto-Rooter. I have had nothing but great experiences with them in the past. I called at 9:15am, talked to Joshua who was very courteous and explained my problem. Joshua called me back and stated that a service man would be at my home between 10-1pm. Dax arrived at ll:25am, we discussed the problem, he explained to me about the product line that Roto Rooter has to offer to prevent this problem. Dax did clear the clean out line and was very pleasant and informative. Once again I am very pleased with the service I have received and have come to rely on this company and their fine personnel.
