While doing laundry this morning, I went to the basement to get laundry soap and noticed standing water on the floor. The first thing I thought of was to call Roto-Rooter. I have had nothing but great experiences with them in the past. I called at 9:15am, talked to Joshua who was very courteous and explained my problem. Joshua called me back and stated that a service man would be at my home between 10-1pm. Dax arrived at ll:25am, we discussed the problem, he explained to me about the product line that Roto Rooter has to offer to prevent this problem. Dax did clear the clean out line and was very pleasant and informative. Once again I am very pleased with the service I have received and have come to rely on this company and their fine personnel.
