Ed the plumber from Roto-Rooter Ft. Wayne was great! We had well over a foot of water in our crawl space. He pumped out all of the water, inspected, and fixed the pump and even noticed a potential problem with a second pump that was shooting water straight into our new addition on the house. Great catch! The service was quick and Ed was very friendly and explained everything every step of the way. This was a very unexpected expense during the Christmas season and I appreciated that he was able to fix the existing pump without unnecessarily charging us for a new one. Great experience!
