these guys are great! 45 min after I called, the tech was at my door. Ed was very professional, courteous, and thorough. I had two issues which he promptly assessed and quoted. Though it wasn't an easy fix, Ed stuck at it until the job was done and done right! When he left everything was clean and back together as if there was no mess made. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again if the need ever arises!!! more

I called and asked Roto-Rooter come out. My shower drain was holding water and starting to stink. He (Matt) snaked out the drain and talked to me about what to put in it, that is safe for the pipes. Drains that work right make life more pleasant this is for sure! I will recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family if they ever find themselves with plumbing problems! more

Roto-Rooter came out to finish the cleaning of my drain that I had issues with for a long time. I used another company before and continually had problems. Roto-rooter solved my problem in a very friendly and professional manner!! The person who came out was honest, helpful, and friendly. I will be using Roto-rooter for any problems I have come up from now on and I will be using their annual preventative services. Thanks again Roto-rooter! more

I was very happy with my service at Roto-Rooter ! Called in on a Sunday and the tech called me right back. Told me what was wrong and said scheduling would call me back first thing in the morning. They called at 5 minutes after 8:00 and got me scheduled the same day. The Techs who came out were great. Friendly and helpful. Got things fixed and are sending me a quote for possible additional services. They were great to work with. more

Had a dead sump pump and water pipe problem at 4am. Called and the technician was here within 35 minutes and helped diagnose and seal off problem. Then another tech was here before 9am to install new sump pump. Excellent service and very kind and knowledgeable workers. Thank you! more

had a backup in the line to the street. Steve #172 came with Chris, augered it, showed me with the camera what he had done, and what else was needed. Estimated the cost for the hydrojet, scheduled it for same afternoon, and again showed me what he was doing. Both were helpful, explained well, cleaned up well. And they showed up at the beginning of the projected 11-1 window. MUCH better than the guy from another company who came for the same problem a couple years ago. And this time, I'm more confident in the work. more

Called on a Sunday evening, was told they would call first thing in morning to set up appointment. They called and gave me a 2 hour window of when the technician would be here, and he was here at earliest time. Matt #165 was very friendly and efficient. He gave advice to prevent further problems. Would recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends. more
