Called on a Sunday evening, was told they would call first thing in morning to set up appointment. They called and gave me a 2 hour window of when the technician would be here, and he was here at earliest time. Matt #165 was very friendly and efficient. He gave advice to prevent further problems. Would recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends.
