Great Service; Very Fast 3/31/2012

We recently had a plumbing problem that arose on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning we called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne IN and they made time to fit in my appointment before 1pm that day. The plumbers were very friendly and very efficient. They had the problem taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I will be calling them back if any future problems ever arrive. The staff at Roto Rooter has always been very friendly and do an awesome job on their repairs. The plumber that was sent today did a great job and explained everything he did. Excellent service 3/22/2012

The staff at Roto-Rooter is very professional. I had an appointment scheduled from 9-11 and was a little nervous about scheduling. I spoke with the representative on the phone and explained that I had to run children to school and one had an orthodontist appointment, and she said not to worry. My technician was right on time and very professional. He made sure that I understood everything he was about to do. He cleaned out the main sewer line and I was surprised that it only took about 25 minutes. He then ran the camera down the line so I could see that it was cleaned out. After forgetting not to put potato peels in the garbage disposal, i did and ended up with a mess. Best Plumbers in Fort Wayne, In 3/5/2012

Garage drain was in a horrible positon. We tried everything to clean it up. Nothing worked so i called Roto-Rooster in FORT WAYNE, IN. Not even 2 hours later the PLUMBER showed up. He was very polite and nice. He worked very hard and everytime he came into our home to turn the water on he would knock on the door, wipe his feet off, and ask to come in. We told us what was wrong and gave us advice on how to prevent the mess in the future. He picked up his mess and turned our heater on to dry up the mess. He was very respectful. Best Plumbers in Fort Wayne! 2/28/2012

Basement drain was backing up and I have fought a battle with this drain for months! Drain backed up again and wouldn't go down this time. Called Roto-Rooter and, in less than an hour after placing that call, my drain is working perfect! My tech Don also recommended purchasing their in house drain enzyme cleaner which also places a coating on the pipes to prevent sludge build-up. Don was very helpful and professional and his recomendation of the pipe shield taught me the ills of using regular drain cleaner! Thanks! You have earned a life long customer! My boyfriend and I called Roto-Rooter of Fort Wayne because we needed a plumber to check out why nothing was draining. Mike was very nice and helped us by finding and fixing the problem. We have roots all over, but he assured us that it is mostly the park's problem. He talked to the office for us and told them that they need to do something about their main line. I called Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter to replace an old leaky water heater, and they sent a plumber out within the hour. He was friendly and answered all the questions I had. He prepared me for the worst, but promised to get the job done as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. He was able to finish in less time, which saved me a couple hundred dollars. My husband and I called several other plumbing companys to get pricing information for a plugged pipe in our kitchen. Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter beat out all their competitors pricing. They were very friendly and polite over the phone and were able to get a plumber to our house in less than two hours. Our plumber, Matt, was very fast, clean and extremely friendly.
