I called Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter to replace an old leaky water heater, and they sent a plumber out within the hour. He was friendly and answered all the questions I had. He prepared me for the worst, but promised to get the job done as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. He was able to finish in less time, which saved me a couple hundred dollars. I was very satisfied with the service.
