My main sewer line going from my house to the street had a bunch of tree roots clogging it up, so I called Roto-rooter at 3pm to schedule an appointment and the repair man was at my house that same day by 4pm. He tried getting the roots out with an auger, and because there was so many roots he wasn't able to get them all out, so he had to run back to his shop to get a more powerful machine that jetted water through the line to help get the roots out. I'm really impressed with this company, first of all with how fast they were able to schedule an appointment, second with how professional and friendly the repair man (Matt #165) was. If you live in Fort Wayne and have a plumbing problem I would call Roto-rooter and ask for Matt #165. more

Went online an scheduled an appointment for the next morning - very easy and quick. Recieved an email that my appointment was confirmed. Next morning got a call before the scheduled appointment time saying that they would be out and fix the issue. The plummer in Fort Wayne came within 30 minutes, he was very professional, resolved the issue, an cleaned up everything before he left. Great job Roto-Rooter more

This is the third time with Roto-Rooter over a number of years and each time has been a good experience.. They come from Fort Wayne in a timely matter and are always helpful and fast on the job. The plumber was very helpful to us and gave suggestions to help us in the future. Fort Wayne is about 20 to 25 min drive for them but never said a word about coming to the country. Thanks again. I called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne for maintenance and the plumer came out and was very efficent and friendly. I asked if he had a camra to show me what was in the pipes and he said yes i do. Makes me feel good that i can see that everything is cleared. He had recomendations for me to get another product put in the pipes but the nice thing about it, I didn't feel pushed to do it, it was a nice visit. Pros: null Cons: null more

I live in Fort Wayne, and I had a major sewer back-up early one Tuesday morning. I called Roto-Rooter plumbers and they sent Mike out that afternoon. I was very pleased and impressed by the same-day service. Mike worked very diligently at trying to resolve my sewer drain issue. My major "clog" could not be resolved by normal means, so Roto-Rooter's high pressure jetting service proved to be the answer to my problem. Clogged Drain Roto-Rootor 5/4/2012

When my kitchen sink started backing up I at first called my handyman. After snaking the clog for a half an hour he gave up saying the clog was "cement-like". and I should call Roto Rootor. The 2 receptionists were very polite and indicated they could be there between 10-12 the next morning. I got a call around 9:30 am the next day. Matt arrived at 10 am and went right to work. Fast Service! 5/3/2012

My plumbing started backing up on a Saturday at noon - at 3pm I had 50 people coming for a party! I let the representative on the phone know that and she scheduled me for a 12-2 appointment time! Concordia Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN - We were having standing water in the tub and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. We tried to plunge the toilet and Draino the tub and nothing worked. The toilet then decided to not drain at all and I had enough. I called Roto-Rooter and Rob came out within an hour of my call on Sunday! I'm so thankful for their 24/7 service! While calling for an appointment with Roto-Rooter, I was pleasantly surprised a plumber could show up that morning, sooner if possible at our Ft, Wayne home. He came sooner, explaing in detail to my husband all steps needed to solve our backup problem. We were so worried our yard would be dug up. Eventually, he needed to "flush" out our system. I called Roto-Rooter and they were out to my home in less than an hour. They fixed the problem in 90 minutes. Overall I am happy with my service. I only gave 4 stars because he kept tracking sewage on my carpet because he didn't wear any protective boot covers or lay down any floor covers. Otherwise I would have gave him five stars.
