Went online an scheduled an appointment for the next morning - very easy and quick. Recieved an email that my appointment was confirmed. Next morning got a call before the scheduled appointment time saying that they would be out and fix the issue. The plummer in Fort Wayne came within 30 minutes, he was very professional, resolved the issue, an cleaned up everything before he left. Great job Roto-Rooter
