I was very surprised that the technician appeared sooner than the office told me he would. He completed the job within half an hour after arrival. We had a leaky water pipe leading from the water heater, we had no hot water, and the run-off pipe needed moved. He quickly and efficiently fixed the leak, lit the pilot light (gas water heater), and moved the pipe in no time at all. The charge was even less than quoted. Yeah! Roto-Rooter has been my first call for several years now. Keep up the good work!
