After having a bad experience with another plumbing company (not fixing the problem, leaving a huge, disgusting mess behind) we called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne, IN. We had a back up in our sump pump and you could smell it through our whole house. Roto-Rooter showed up when they told us they would and were able to fix the problem. They were quick, professional, clean, and very effective. Next time we won't make the mistake of calling someone else. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter of Fort Wayne.
