They did exactly as promised, I ended up with a quality tenant in a matter of days. I have owned a few rentals for years and I'll pay a month's rent for a quality tenant any day! All the Renter's Warehouse reps were pleasant and very professional. more

Made becoming a landlord easy 4/7/2013

We are first time, accidental landlords who didn't have a clue about how to start looking for quality tennants. In addition, we work full time and didn't have the ability to truly manage a property. Mitch, with Renter's Warehouse, was able to find us a tenant within a week! He took care of all the city restrictions/requirements. We spent very little time doing anything related to finding a renter, and it was wonderful. We will gladly work with Mitch at Renter's Warehouse again. more

He was very thorough, answered my many questions, returned my phone calls, and followed through on all items of concern. My wife and I were thrilled to find such a great place!! We were shocked at how easy the process was, as well. Also, our agent Justin Hertzog, was extremely friendly, and helpful. Whenever I called, he always picked up, or called back ASAP. Couldn't find a more sincere guy, you guys should clone him...because you can't teach people to be that great with people. In conclusion, happy with the place, happy with renters warehouse, and happy with your guy Justin Hertzog. Keep it up! more

Excellent and Professional Service 4/4/2013

Dean Karlen's team is the great team I have met. They have helped me to rent out 2 properties, and I have recommend them to 3 of our friends for their rental property rent. There is actually another friend on the way to contact him/his team. We are all happy with his team's professional service and their care and concern about the customer's needs. We needed to find a renter very quickly as were not getting any responses to our previously placed ads. Aaron and Renters Warehouse produced a more than qualified lead in 2-3 days and we had a lease signed with them in less than a week. Excellent job! more

Very satisfy 4/2/2013

I was completed pleased with the professionalism, patience and time that took for a tenant to be placed. Within two weeks of the previous tenants vacating the premises, Renter's Warehouse was able to find another individual that signed a lease. I would highly recommend anyone using this company. The process is worry-free and the cost is minimal. more

Exceed expectations 3/27/2013

We used Nicholas Vetter and he was very prompt in answering all of our questions and returning all of our calls/ e-mails. Out house rented much faster than we ever expected (1 showing the day it was posted and we were done!). We were very happy with the process!! We had one other company out prior to him and she missed the first appointment, was not prepared, and we had to send emails multiple times. We were pleasantly surprised with what a change Renters Warehouse was from the other company. We can only assume that this next year will go as smoothly with the renter in our house. If our renter does not continue his lease in the second year, we will be asking Nick to rent it out next year when it comes due. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. more

Great in Every Way 3/25/2013

Working with Brent and Renter's Warehouse was the smartest decision that we made when we decided to turn my old house into a rental. Brent was great to work with from the initial meeting and assessment, to finding great renters, to managing our property. I would recommend Brent and Renter's Warehouse to ANYONE and EVERYONE that wants to rent their properties as they are incredible and easy to work with. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible. more
