Carver rental house 6/3/2013

I was looking to rent a house in carver mn and found a house on the internet with Kelly Konechne ioformation on it. I Gave Kelly a call and left her a message. She got back to me with in a hour and we set a time to see it. We right away loved the house and put offer in. Working with Kelly at Renters Warehouse house went so smooth. She worked with my schedual and meet me half way or came to me when needed. Thank you kelly. more

Kelly was very thorough throughout this process - she helped us time our listing and was very efficient in helping us find a tenant. As first time rentee's she took a lot of the guesswork out of the process - I would definately recommend Renter's Warehouse based on our experience more

Great experience 6/1/2013

I want to thank renters warehouse and my agent Scott Dorn for making this a seamless transition for me. Like so many my prior home is underwater, I knew I would have to rent it out. When Scott came for the first interview he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I knew he would be there to watch over the property as I moved out of state. We found a great tenet and I have no concerns that they will respect my home and make it their own. I have already told several how happy I am with this service and would recommend it to anyone. Just a great experience 6/1/2013

From initial contact to see if we might rent our home to the final move-in inspection by the renters our experience was excellent. There has never been any lag time in getting back to us on any questions. Everything was handeled in a timely and very professional manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and have all ready done so. more

Fantastic easy experience 5/30/2013

We were anxious about renting our house, but RentersWarehouse took all the anxiety out of the process. Our house rented to the first people who looked at it. Dean walked us through the process, was very responsive to all our questions, and handled all the negotiations. All the tenant background information was sent confidentially and electronically, and the lease signing was done electronically, which made things even easier. Very professional company to work with 5/28/2013

Questions were always answered thoroughly. Explanation of the company and how they work was very professional. My situation is that I live in CA with a rental in Princeton, MN, and Dean Kaplan and his staff were helpful in every step of the process from tenant marketing to the move-in paperwork. Renters Warehouse generated 4 potential tenants within 4 weeks resulting in the selection of one of them as a tenant. They were thorough with tenant information (e.g. - application, credit reports, background reports, etc.). I have no problem recommending Renters Warehouse to others and look forward to a long relationship with them renting out my house in Princeton. more

Renters Warehouse Experience 5/28/2013

I had a pretty good experience with Renters Warehouse. My agent Rob Paulno was very nice to work with and I have some amazing tennants to thank him for. He did a lot of working finding these great people and I'm very appreciative. The process did take longer than expected and came down to the wire however the wait was worth it. I did have to drop the rent on my townhome in order to keep up in the process. I would work with Rob again in the future. more

I rate Renters Warehouse as a 5 star company. Dean Carlin's advice on what type of rental property to buy and the degree of improvements to do to make the home easily rentable were outstanding. Once the property was ready to rent Annette West was instrumental in marketing and showing the property. With her assistance it was rented in one day. more

Renters Warehouse did a awesome job. They did everything there Ads said they do, and then some. They took all the work and unknowns out of the renting process. We could not be happier. Kelly Konechne was the best. One of the realtors that we interviewed scoffed at the idea of using Renters warehouse, but every question we threw at Kelly she had a answer for. In the end we felt most comfortable with her, and it paid off. more
