RW turned our property around quickly, and got the asking price. However, the agent did not have all the right information. I asked him if the tenants had pets and he said, "no," initally. Then I found out they had a dog. Then I found out they had a cat once they signed the lease. I was not informed of the cat prior to them signing which I thought was not acceptable. more

I dreaded doing this for years and there is no way I could have done myself what Jon did in a matter of days getting our place advertised and on the market. It was rented fast!!! more

The entire experience was extremely easy and we have been pleased with our renters and with the service provided by the people at Renters Warehouse. Quicker than we thought! 6/26/2013

Our goal was to find tenants within 6-8 weeks. Within 3 days of publishing our ad, Justin Hertzog, our listing agent, had 4 showings--3 wanting to apply for the house. After some clarifications, we had a signed lease within 2 weeks of the ad--and a move in date almost 2 weeks before the stated availability. Justin was always in contact--he treated us as if we were his only clients. more

Justin did a fantastic job with listening to what we wanted and then offering his professional opinion. Was always there to answer any questions we had and did so very quickly. The service from Renter warehouse is super. They really try to make the process very very stress free and provide very timely advise on all matters. They are available on call and e-mail and response to our queries are immediate. In our case our agent Scott Dorn is simply excellent and have provided us on outstanding service. We are looking forward to work with Scott in the future. more
