Outstanding Job by Simon Gyasi 7/30/2013

Within hours of the first showing Simon had prospective renters. Even when the first couple didn’t work out his connection with the other visitors to my property allowed him to immediately have another renter within hours. Simon’s management abilities continues by working with the new tenants to satisfy their needs while keeping my property expenses in mind. I couldn’t be more pleased with not only Renters Warehouse but especially Simon’s professionalism. more

Lots of good detail 7/30/2013

Renter's Warehouse does a good job of showing me the status of my rental property, even when I'm am half a country away. Tenant placement workers, like Kelly Konechne, give me youtube videos of my place so I can see remotely what the status of my place is. I find that very useful! more

Easy, quick and efficient 7/26/2013

We heard about Renter Warehouse (RW) on the radio. When we were ready, we called and set up an appointment. They e-mailed us their policy and related information. Soon after, a RW Rep called, introduced himself, asked if we had questions or concerns about RW, then set a walk-through day. After arriving, he again asked if we had any questions or concerns about the RW info packet. After a few clairifications, we signed up for their no obligation, no money down program. We THANK YOU, Brent Wilcox for your help in finding us the perfect tennent for our home. We will definetly recommend Renters Warehouse to anyoneone looking. more

My husband took a new job in another state and we had about 4 weeks before we needed to move. We contacted Renter's Warehouse about putting our house on the rental market, and we were so happy with the service we received. Our house was rented within 2 weeks.....it helped take the stress out of moving. We would definitely recommend Renter's Warehouse ( and our rep, Scott Dorn) to friends and family. more

Renters warehouses was a great choice for me. They were very professional in their proceedings to getting me a rental. Leasing agent Annette West was very helpful during the renting process, especially with her timing. She was very flexible with her schedule to Parallel with mine. I highly recommend renters warehouse to anyone looking for a great renting, leasing company in a timely and professional way. more

Outstanding response to getting house renting in short time frame 7/13/2013

Rob Paulno did a fantastic job marketing my property and getting it rented in a short period of the. The same day my old tenants signed the exit papers he had new tenants walking through the property. They signed a contract one week later. Outstanding quick response more

I live out of state, and recently needed to place a new tenant in my property. Susan took care of getting all of the estimates, ensuring the work was done, and placing the tenant. It's difficult to be dislocated from your property, and Susan was a great asset. more
