Experience was beyond my expectations! 6/14/2013

My experience with Renters Warehouse went beyond my expectations. I worked with Jeffrey Carlson and he was great --- professional, honest, dedicated, and knowledgable. I work an hour away from my property and it saved me tons of time to be able to hand over a key and leave the work to Jeffrey. He took flattering photos of the property and held open houses to generate interest. After he found a renter, he wrote up the paperwork and all we had to do was sign. What a relief to have found a one-stop shop like Renters Warehouse. I recommend them highly and would certainly work with them again. more

Excellent service 6/13/2013

Renter's Warehouse found a new tenant for my rental propeety within two weeks after my previous tenants moved out. The new tenants moved into the property 24 days after it became available. more

Rental Management 6/12/2013

Jeff was very professional and helpful. We will definitely use him again. The most stressful part about the rental process was finding a tenant. After we had accepted an application for four young applicants, they backed out of the agreement to weeks later. The fact that this caused An extra few weeks Of us having to cover the mortgage payment was a tough pill to swallow. My only suggestion would be to obtain some sort of considerations from potential tenants To ensure that this type of problem does not happen, Or at the very least is less likely to happen. Brenda was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgable of the unit she was showing. Brenda found us a rental that meet our budget which we were very please with. Brenda was always on time and made sure all our questions and needs were met. I would certainly refer Brenda to my friends. more

I feel we have had a very positive experience with Renter's Warehouse because of Justin Hertzog. He is very professional and courteous. Justin seems to be very thorough and quickly responds to any of our questions or concerns while at the same time is considerate of the owner's expectations. more

We used Justin Hertzog as as our Renters Warehouse agent to rent our home out. He presents himself well, and was very professional. He gave advice but also listened to what we were thinking. Any concerns I had I could bring to him by either e-mail, text, or a phone call. He always got back to me quickly. When we had a tenant apply he walked us through the process, and ultimately set up a meeting between us in which we were all able to meet. more

Very pleased with our agent from Renter's Warehouse! 6/3/2013

After our previous tenants moved out Brenda Schute (our agent from Renter's Warehouse) found new tenants for us within a week. Which means our house sat empty for only a week! We were very pleased with the aggressiveness that Brenda had. We also appreciated her communication skills. We were well informed of what was going on. Thank you, Brenda! more

Renters Warehouse 6/3/2013

James Lohmer our Leasing Agent from Renters warehouse marketed the property and within a couple of day we had several people interested in renting our house, we rented out the house in under a week. It was wonderful, James was great to work with and imidiatly responsive to our emails and any questions we had on the process. more
