Take the worry out of being a landlord with Renters Warehouse, I was a landlord for quite awhile before asking Renters Warehouse to find me new tenant and manage my property and it pays to have peace of mind instead of worrying about your property. more

Very satisifed with Kelly Konechne and Renters Warehouse 5/8/2013

My wife and I are very satisfied with Kelly Konechne and Renters Warehouse. The website had quite a few properties listed in our price range and in our geographical areas of interest. Kelly was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, and meeting with us whenever we needed to. She was very pleasant to work with as well. We will likely use Renters Warehouse in the future. more

Recently, I was offered a position out of town and had to move within 10 days. It seemed an undoable feat. My next door neighbors used rental warehouse and had a terrific couple in there. So I called and Mitch came over the next day. I was given a few options of qualified renters and the deal was done in a week. Mitch answered my many questions, found the best renters for my home and was friendly the whole process. What I had not expected is that I am actually making money renting my home. I was prepared for a loss and am thrilled to say I don't have one. A++ for a great employee. more

I was hesitant to work with renters warehouse - simply because of the cost & unsure of the process. I am very glad I chose to call. Kelly K is very easy to work with, she is professional & courteous. I will come back to renters warehouse if I need to line up renters in the future. I had no negative - none at all - experience with Kelly. She is absolutely great to work with! I worked with James Lohmer from Renter's Warehouse and the process was very easy and very convenient. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, plus he was available to work with my busy schedule. He found a renter within a week after I signed all my paperwork, and this renter already had a lease signed within a day. It was all very quick and very efficient. I was very pleased with how easy it was, and James did a great job communicating the necessary information to me. It was a great load off of me, not having to worry about finding a renter on my own or wait very long. It was also very convenient to use DocuSign online at my convenience. I am very happy with everything and have already been recommending Renter's Warehouse to other people who hadn't thought about renting their house out and can't sell. more

i thought it was going to be hard to rent my townhouse. but renters warehouse can rent anything out their that good. i have no more stress and i know my mortgage is paid. more

Rob Paulno has been my agent from the beginning and he is fantastic! He rented my townhouse within 2 days from the initial listing. He found me a great tenant that signed a 15 mo. lease and we had no issues. Rob found my second renter before the first lease had even expired and timed everything perfectly so the house would not sit empty. Rob responds quickly and professionally to all of my questions and has made the entire process easy, painless and completely stress free. more

Quick, knowledgable, and well organized 4/30/2013

After being told by someone else that we would not be able to find a renter we were pleased to work with Dean Karlen and his team. Dean stated that it usually takes them 3 weeks to find a renter and we had 2 in that time. It felt like I just handed the keys over to Renter's Warehouse and everything else was taken care of. I felt that everything was done to not only protect me (the home owner) but was also set up to protect the tenant. Which is great to see that fair and balanced business practice is happening. more

tenant placement program 4/29/2013

We worked with Justin Hertzog over a 3 month period to find new tenants and get rid of old ones. He was always on time for meetings, returned all calls quickly, and was able to answer most questions. Because he was new to the agency, when he did not know the answer he would immediately refer to some one who did. He was even available over weekends and seemed to work very hard to find good tenants for our property.
