Recently, I was offered a position out of town and had to move within 10 days. It seemed an undoable feat. My next door neighbors used rental warehouse and had a terrific couple in there. So I called and Mitch came over the next day. I was given a few options of qualified renters and the deal was done in a week. Mitch answered my many questions, found the best renters for my home and was friendly the whole process.
What I had not expected is that I am actually making money renting my home. I was prepared for a loss and am thrilled to say I don't have one. A++ for a great employee.
