Honest Staff 3/5/2013

Many people were interested in the unit I was hoping to rent, and the leasing agent (Kari Norville) handled a tricky situation with honesty, class, and the utmost professionalism. Most agents would have taken the easy route out, but she did the right thing and contacted me in a timely manner. She was always readily available via e-mail, text, and phone, making the moving and lease-signing process very easy. more

Excellent 3/4/2013

Steven Barks, and his team that included Kaitlyn and Kari were marvelous. He explained every step of the process, answered all questions in a timely manner and took care of everything. This was an extremely busy and stressful period in our lives and they made sure the entire process was handled profesionally and efficiently; In a timely manner yet they were flexible with our erratic schedule and that was greatly appreciated. Very courteous and understanding, easy to work with and all well informed, would definiely recommend them to anyone we know. THANK YOU! more

Steve and I really lucked out getting Kelly. Not only was she knowledgeable and sweet but she is a people person and fun to talk to. I have major medical problems and she sat down with me and went through them so she could pass it on to the owner to help us get this house. She is a HUGE asset to your company. more

I would recommend Aric Berg he was very professional, answered his phone, and returned phone calls in a timely manner. We did have several problems getting other agents to answer or even return phone calls. Aric took care of us and made us feel very important, the other agents should maybe takes notes. more
