The length of time on the market for rental was good and Pete was persistent on his watch for clients. 7/13/2012

I believe Pete did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of possible tenants and he did a great job on the walk through with the tenant client. He seemed to be quite detailed in his execution of explaining the expectations to our tenant. Well Done! more

Great job very helpful and professional 6/29/2012

Overall we thought Renters WD did a good job of helping us get our house rented. It is so nice having them handle the month to month rent collection. The move in video seemed to focus more from the tenants perspective. It did not point out the fact we had all new carpet and kitchen cabinets installed. more
