When our renter left due to a military transfer, Jon and Alan worked together and found a new renter in weeks. They are easy to reach and always polite and friendly. We may purchase another rental, and we will continue to use their iron-clad lease and tenant finding services. more

Martin did a fantastic job! 3/30/2012

After having Martin come to evaluate the property as we were re-habbing it, he gave us prompt service and was always attentive and quick to respond via email, text or phone. The property rented in four days from the time he listed it and it took no time to go through the paperwork and details. Virtually stress free and easy! more

Renters Warehouse Is the Way to Go! 2/8/2012

I did not become a landlord out of choice, but Renters Warehouse has made the experience much easier than I thought. They came to me and worked around my schedule so that there was no inconvenience to me. Within a few days of posting my condo, there were already 3 showings with interested tenants. In the end, it only took about 2 weeks to find a renter and the one they found is the right fit. I have no problem recommending Renters more

Great Experience 2/6/2012

Steven Barks was our rep both this time and the last time and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. He was in our townhome taking pictures and posting as quickly as he was allowed. He was given 2 months during the holiday season to post it, show it, and rent it and he was successful. Another great job! more
