I did not become a landlord out of choice, but Renters Warehouse has made the experience much easier than I thought. They came to me and worked around my schedule so that there was no inconvenience to me. Within a few days of posting my condo, there were already 3 showings with interested tenants. In the end, it only took about 2 weeks to find a renter and the one they found is the right fit. I have no problem recommending Renters
