Great Placement Service 8/31/2012

Shawn Helin is the coordinator in Renters Warehouse. Whenever we need to reach our renters, he reacts quick and reply fast, he is like a bridge in between the property owners and the renters. he made us feel renters Warehouse is a good management company that we can work with. more

Renters Warehouse has a solid program for finding quality tenants. Martin Kretzmann has been working with my family, as we live overseas, and he has done a great job for us. Recommended from a friend who had worked with Martin previously, he was quick to communicate at strange hours (we are 8 hours ahead), full of great info and quick to provide us with several options for tenants. Would recommend to anyone needing a similar service. more

As first time landlords, we are so thankful to our agent Seth Stephens and Renters Warehouse. Seth is knowledgable, professional, and hardworking. He did a great job advertising our property, screening a significant number of phone calls, and conducting showings. Our agent was always easy to reach and we appreciated his frequent updates. He found solid renters for us in less than three weeks. We are pleased with the arrangement and will be using Renters Warehouse in the future. more
