As first time landlords, we are so thankful to our agent Seth Stephens and Renters Warehouse. Seth is knowledgable, professional, and hardworking. He did a great job advertising our property, screening a significant number of phone calls, and conducting showings. Our agent was always easy to reach and we appreciated his frequent updates. He found solid renters for us in less than three weeks. We are pleased with the arrangement and will be using Renters Warehouse in the future.
