Fast and easy! 4/19/2013

My fiancee and I were in a time crunch to get our place rented out. We had only one month to find a renter. Steven Barks met with us and we got everything in order and he found us a renter in about two weeks! Renters Warehouse made the whole process so simple. I highly recommend giving them a call! more

Bill Schaaf is excellent at his job. He found a great tenant for us within one week. Before I contacted Renter Warehouse, we worked with another management company but they let our property sit there for more than 4 months and could not find a tenant. Bill did it within one week. more

Scott has been very helpful in the entire leasing process. His communicaiton was clear and timely. His estimate of the monthly rent for the market was spot on. As a result, we got tenants secured within a reasonable timeframe, and more importantly, for a very favorable rate. He got a good sense of what types of candidates will make for good tenants for a given property. We did not have to go back and forth negotiating what types of people we should target. Customizing the lease was also well done. He patiently listened to me and incorporated all my feedback nicely into the final lease. Overall, I have been very pleased with both the process and the outcome of working with him. more

My experience working with Renters Warehouse has been awesome. The service was great and they were able to rent our townhome within a week! Our leasing agent, Sean Clark, was very familiar with our neighborhood and knew exactly what to price it at. He was awesome to work with. Thanks! more

As first time renters moving to Asia, we were overwhelmed with everything we needed to get done. Susan Larson was helpful, knowledgable and honest about the process and how to get our home prepared. She let us know what we were doing right and what we were doing wrong. Her calm and confident demeanor allowed us to be calm and confident as well. more

Just want to say how good our experience was working with Susan. We contacted Susan to understand the terms and conditions and then arranged to have the pictures taken of the house. Unfortunately we were out of the country when the pics were taken but that was not a problem. We received a link to the advert by email and, after review, the property was listed and hit the web immediately. The property was then rented within 1 day. We would recommend RW to others looking to rent. more
