Quick and Effective 10/22/2012

Prior to using RW we had tried another rental marketing and management company and had absolutely no luck. The property sat on the market for 60 days until we personally found our own renters. Near the end of that lease we were referred to Renter's Warehouse by friends. We are very thankful for the referral; it has been a wonderful experience working with them. We were able to initiate the process, find a tenant, and have tenant move-in within 30 days. Not only was this quick and effective, but we are able to take advantage of their property management services and still collect a higher rent than we had previously. We will absolutely recommend RW to anyone. more

Rented our town home 10/6/2012

The Dean Karlen team at Renters Warehouse where most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The company rented our town house after less than two weeks of listing. Renters Warehouse gave us less to worry about and walked us through the entire process still allowing us to ultimately have final say in tenants. We have yet to deal with tenant turnover and/or the move out process so the book is still open. However if that is handled in the same manner as the listing and renting process I foresee more positive feedback in the future. more

We are very pleased with Renters warehouse. They were very professional and everything was done in a very quickly! Our house was listed for 2 weeks and they found a very qualified tenant for our home. We really couldn't of asked for more!! more

Would highly recommend 9/28/2012

We worked with Jeffrey Carlson and I just wanted to say he was excellent to work with. He understood our need for a short term rental after our house was sold and was very professional and always on time for appointments. He held our hand through the enrtire process and made the whole ordeal less stressful as we only had a week to find somewhere to move. more

Professional Experience and a Partner 9/26/2012

The RW team has consistently provided a positive experience for me as a "new" landlord for a townhome that I could not sell. They filled my townhome very quickly, conducted all the necessary work required for running the day to day opersations and more importanly faciliated and navigated through any issues / situations that required insurance companies, warranties and or the Home Owners Association. The have served as partner and advocate for me and on top of a very demanding day job - it is nice to know that I not only have a team - but a team of professionals and experts helping me in this area. Jeff and Shawn have been my team working through a little current "turmoil and turnover" requiring contractors, external entities and insurance companies. I could never have gotten through the process without quitting my day job or taking a leave of absence! I am forever grateful and would recommend them at any time! While I am sure the entire team is wonderful.....they deserve particular recognition in my book! Allison more

Rob with Renters Warehouse made renting our townhome a very easy and seamless process. We are thrilled with the quick turn around in finding a fantastic family to rent our townhome. Rob was in constant contact with us, facilitating the lease agreement and leading us through the entire process every step of the way. I have worked with a couple different management companies in the Twin Cities area and now that I have worked with Renters Warehouse, out of Golden Valley, I will always use them. I hired 3 different companies to find me a tenant for my wife's property in St Paul, Renters Warehouse was the first to find a quality tenant and this last time was no exception. Martin had the property listed for about 2 weeks and we had a great tenant signed up straight away. Definitely spread the word about these guys, they are the best. more

Fast and Easy...No Better Way to Find a Renter 9/8/2012

Needed to find a renter under a fairly quick timeline. Renter's Warehouse was easy to use, found a renter quick, and closed the deal just as quickly. Seth was very good to work with and was able to answer all my questions and anticipate needs. Would recommend Seth and RW with no reservations. more
