The Dean Karlen team at Renters Warehouse where most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The company rented our town house after less than two weeks of listing. Renters Warehouse gave us less to worry about and walked us through the entire process still allowing us to ultimately have final say in tenants.
We have yet to deal with tenant turnover and/or the move out process so the book is still open. However if that is handled in the same manner as the listing and renting process I foresee more positive feedback in the future.
