I have worked with a couple different management companies in the Twin Cities area and now that I have worked with Renters Warehouse, out of Golden Valley, I will always use them. I hired 3 different companies to find me a tenant for my wife's property in St Paul, Renters Warehouse was the first to find a quality tenant and this last time was no exception. Martin had the property listed for about 2 weeks and we had a great tenant signed up straight away. Definitely spread the word about these guys, they are the best.
