Quick placement and first-class service - very satisfied! 8/26/2013

I worked with Scott Dorn and was very impressed by how incredibly accomodating he was. He always responded to every communication very quickly, regarless of how I reached out to him and when. The responsiveness helped ensure we had a very high quality tenant placed in very little time. It took stress out of the situation to let Renters Warehouse find the tenant and take care of the process. Thanks! more

Jeremy Nilson Leasing Agent at Renter's Warehouse was a pleasure to work with. I was on an agressive timeline to find a new home in St Paul MN. I wasn't making any progress with other leasing companies and then I connected with Jeremy. He's profressional, took time to know me and understand my needs and budget. Bruce Leach - Placement Agent 8/22/2013

I worked with Bruce Leach on renting out my 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath town home this summer and he was fantastic. He met with me in person, then we communicated via phone & e-mail the rest of the way. He made things easy for me and didn't take up much of my time. Great person to work with for anyone looking to use Renter's Warehouse in the future. more

Simon Gyasi was excellent to work with. He was always very responsive and he bent over backwards to make sure the process was smooth from start to finish. As first-time landlords we weren't sure what to expect, but Simon took care of all of the details so we didn't have to worry about anything. Simon did a great job screening renters, and genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. He found a renter quickly. We couldn't be happier with Simon. Renter's Warehouse is lucky to have him on their team. more

First time rental owners 8/20/2013

We found out on short notice that we would be moving and need to rent our property...Josh Solie came out and discussed our options and had a renter for us in 8 days! This was completely unexpected and he did a wonderful job of guiding us thru the entire process. I will definitely be recommending Renter's Warehouse to friends! more

Aaron Sheldrick was great, had our house rented in 1 week! 8/19/2013

We had our home listed to be sold for almost 6 months with less action than we had hoped. After a deal fell through, we decided to look at renting it out. We had previously thought of renting it out as an option last year, and Aaron Sheldrick from RW had come out then as well. He explained the process to us, but at the time it just wasn't what we wanted to do. Well this year, we called Aaron back up - he took care of everything we needed, explained in detail how everything would work and what we needed to do, and within a week he had found us a renter! A great experience for a couple of people who were leery on this process - very happy! more

Tenant Placement 8/15/2013

It was a pleasure working with my leasing agent Jeremy Nilson. He was reliable and always easy to reach. He exceeded my expectations for tenant placement services and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Moving & finding a good fit for your property is VERY stressful. Jeremy was very understanding during this process and made it a point to ease my mind throughout this journey.
