Questions were always answered thoroughly. Explanation of the company and how they work was very professional. My situation is that I live in CA with a rental in Princeton, MN, and Dean Kaplan and his staff were helpful in every step of the process from tenant marketing to the move-in paperwork.
Renters Warehouse generated 4 potential tenants within 4 weeks resulting in the selection of one of them as a tenant. They were thorough with tenant information (e.g. - application, credit reports, background reports, etc.).
I have no problem recommending Renters Warehouse to others and look forward to a long relationship with them renting out my house in Princeton.
