We are first time, accidental landlords who didn't have a clue about how to start looking for quality tennants. In addition, we work full time and didn't have the ability to truly manage a property. Mitch, with Renter's Warehouse, was able to find us a tenant within a week! He took care of all the city restrictions/requirements. We spent very little time doing anything related to finding a renter, and it was wonderful. We will gladly work with Mitch at Renter's Warehouse again.
