reliable service 3/6/2014

I took my car in because it was making an odd noise. They did a complimentary noise check. Although nothing was found to be making the noise they were happy to do a safety check to make me feel comfortable driving my vehicle. more

good work and reasonable 3/5/2014

I had some significant maintenance needed on my 93 Jeep and even though they received more than average number of customers that weekend, they were very accommodating and completed all the work necessary as well as recommended other work to be done at another time. Definitely made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. more

Expensive 3/4/2014

What made me happy: I felt the repair desk staff were friendly, helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Your building is very nice and very clean. Your hours are convenient. What did not make me happy: I felt the cost quoted to me was quite high. Too high. Additionally, I was not happy when Mike yanked your yellow tag off of my VW key. When he did this he pulled the key ring loop out of the back of my key. Mike said, oh, sorry, that happens all the time, I'll order you a new one. Sure he will! If this happens all of the time, use scissors. more

I was basically charged $100 an hour for the hours of service. Most places are usually around $60 an hour. more

dishonest and all about money 2/18/2014

The lady that helped me was pleasant, but when it came time to price out a repair for my radiator, I was told the part was 309$. I went to AutoZone and the radiator is 130$. I have had this happen with Aspen Auto Clinic before regarding another vehicle of mine. I have oil change coupons that I will use there and then I will no longer use this place, as they have not been honest with me on two occassions with two different vehicles. I wonder how many people they have made over pay for parts??? There are other choices for auto service and I would choose another business. more
