Tuneup of Mazda Tribute 5/17/2014

The Aspen Auto Clinic guys and gals have always been very helpful to work with. I recently took my Mazda Tribute with 106,600 miles in to check the mpg which has gone down recently. They ran several tests and found a weak battery and potential carbon problems. I now have a new battery and am running a couple tanks of gas with a carbon reducing additive and hope that all helps. I have used them at the Tutt Blvd location for over four years and always find them the best. more

NICE 5/12/2014

First impression- a little bit unsure of the place at first as you never know what kind of service you will get at a car shop. But technician took me in garage and actually pointed problems out to me under the car, and explained to me what will be needed in future. It was nice to see it for myself. On top of that, since I had to wait a bit longer than usual, he gave me a free oil change. I will go back for sure, and hope that the service stays exceptional. I only gave it four stars right now as I want to see if the service stays the same in future visits. more

Trustworthy Place to Be 5/11/2014

Aspen Auto Clinic has surpassed my expectations in every way and I have grown to really trust them. I really appreciate the waiting area with TV, snacks, and kids' toys when I have to wait for an oil change with my kids. And the shuttle service is so nice, when there is a longer wait. Very friendly service, too. more
