Attention to detail - lacking 8/2/2014

Had a $814.00 repair done which was done, however, I asked them to check the tire pressure in all the tires so the "check tire pressure" on the dash would go out. I ended up taking it to another services center who took care of the tire pressure issue. more

Repairs took way too long 7/31/2014

I dropped my vehicle off at 8AM to have new tires installed. The installation was not completed on the same day although I was told it would be. Aspen did not call me all day to update me and tell me of the delay. I had to go to the shop at closing time and found that my vehicle had not been moved all day. I agreed to leave the vehicle so the tires could be installed on the second day. Communication from Aspen was sorely lacking. The work was satisfactory, but it took too long and status updates were nonexistent. more

My Mazda Tribute Runs Like New! 7/31/2014

My Tribute was having intermittent, sluggish, power. The Aspen Auto crew discovered and replaced the mass airflow sensor and WOW! Thanks Guys. more

inspection of vehicle 7/30/2014

I had my oil changed and when I picked up my vehicle the passenger window was down about 6 inches, which doesn't work and my husband couldn't get the window up, so I had to drive it all the way back to the shop to have someone get the window up for me. He had no trouble, but knowing that the window wouldn't go back up again and not fixing it was a disappointment. They said they do a complete inspection of the car and that was the reason the window was down, but the air conditioner doesn't work and that wasn't on their list of things that needed fixing. more

I have never had a bad experience at Aspen Auto. I have been a customer going on 2 years and have never felt pressured to have repairs done. The customer service is so far above other "big" name service centers. It is a pleasure doing business with Aspen and a special shout out to Bri for always going the extra mile. more

We had A work done to our vehicle and Aspen was quick in completing the initial work and got back yo us very promptly. We then took a trip to Illinois and put approximately 2500 miles on the vehicle that was worked on. The AC never let us down in the heat of traveling across the US. When we returned we brought the car back to Aspen and they only took a few minutes to get the car back in to just visually look to make sure their weren't any leaks or problems. We continue to have great service through Aspen and continue to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you so much, Rich more

However, four things were not done. Gas leak at gas tank not repaired, windshield wipers not replaced, power outlets not fixed, windshield fluid not filled. Took two trips back to complete repairs. more
