I appreciate the customer service and work completed but feel mechanics may feel rushed and miss some little items that make it necessary to return the vehicle to be rechecked for the problems it was originally brought in for. more

Over priced!! 11/26/2014

I got the 3 oil changes for $39.95 groupon. Since my car only takes synthetic oil I thought I may just have to pay the "small" difference. That was NOT the case. I had to pay an additional $28 dollars for the oil change, on top of the groupon!!! This palace is a rip off!!!! I'm NEVER going back to this place!!!! more

It's always something!! 11/24/2014

They felt the belts needed to be changed as well as the air filter. I agreed on the air filter because it was pretty dirty. I did go out to inspect the belts and couldn't really see the cracks, etc they were trying to show me but agreed to go ahead. When they were finished the engine light was on. To my knowledge the engine light has never been on. They then showed me what appeared to be an issue with the #2 spark plug and wire. The plugs were changed on the 60000 mile service at Tire World. Anyway, they put the plug back in and connected the plug wire . I got in and left and the engine light was not on and the car is running fine just like it was before I went in. I assume it got knocked loose when the belts were being changed. If I hadn't bought the five pack of oil changes a couple years ago I would not go back but I still have two left so unless they want to reimburse me for them I'll go back for two more services but won't have them touch anything else. I'll return to Tire World where I used to take it and where my Toyota has ever been. more

I would recommend Aspen Auto clinic to everyone. Most repair centers would find issues that needed repairing just to pump up the bill, and Aspen Auto Clinic did not do that. I was very impressed and will be going to Aspen instead of the dealer more

Disappointed 11/19/2014

I thought I was clear in my initial conversation that I was interested in making a minimum amount of repair to then sell the vehicle. It was left to your counter woman to list the services and costs for each - my choice. I asked about tune-up and was told simply that because it was an old car it would require replacing the spark plug wires (that they "may" be brittle) another $500. So I now have the car, spent $490, it does not have improved operation, and a list of basically everything needs to be repaired. You have inspected and made these repairs, what is the value of the car ? more

Surprise problem found an fixed, Thank you! 11/17/2014

So, I heard a squeaking noise that I assumed belonged to the brakes. Luckily Shanda and the rest of the Aspen team were all over it! Not only did they discover the real problem (alt belt), but had my van in and out that same day. Thanks so much for your time, attention, and courteous treatment each and every visit. I will continue to call Aspen for my vehicle needs. Thank you! more

$15 to install a brake light???? 11/17/2014

I had the car in for an oil change and asked them to replace a brake light. I already purchased the brake light and it was inside the car. I wish they would have told me it cost that much for 4 minutes of work. I would have done it myself like I did for the other brakelight I replaced a few months ago. more

Great service. Even though they could not pinpoint the CE light with a quick look, they did alert me about other issues and they didn't charge me for the oil needed to perform the eval. more
