Matt and his team are efficient, thorough, and always courteous. At Phil Long Ford, I'm just a number, so I still, with my second truck, go to Aspen instead. It's also nice to see the same guys each time, meaning minimal turn-over. I'm extremely happy with Aspen Auto. more

Quick and Professional 3/25/2015

I went in not sure what was wrong with my washer fluid pump. Turns out it was not the motor but the switch in the cabin. They diagnosed it and had it fixed in about 24 hours. I would recommend Aspen Auto to anyone. more

Very Helpful 3/24/2015

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I'm always concerned about taking my vehicle in for service or repairs. I went to Aspen Auto with an issue of smelling burning rubber or burning oil. After an initial look, Susie, the service adviser, indicated that it appeared that there was oil that hadn't been cleaned after the last oil change. They started to degrease the engine and noted that there was a crack in the oil pan. I was very impressed that they took the time to walk me back to the service area and show me the leak. Unfortunately, their quote for fixing the issue was higher than the dealership (thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I will definitely go to them again as I felt they were straightforward and honest with me and didn't treat me like a "dumb woman" more

Awesome Customer Service 3/23/2015

I called in frantic on a Saturday had been to Al Serra trying to have my husbands Jeep looked at (we bought it there) and the guy in the service dept was a complete jerk. I called Aspen and Matt told me if I could get the vehicle there he would take care of it. They looked at it and new within a few hours what was going on and didn't want to charge an arm or a leg. The customer service is AMAZING!!!! Thank you! more

Checkout noise uder car 3/21/2015

We were very impressed with the quick service and attention to helping us resolve a intermittent rattling coming from under the car. Turned out to be a loose bolt, which was fixed with no charge. more

Good customer service. Good explanations. Estimates, though said to be free, really aren't. If you have to have diagnostics done to get an estimate, it costs $99. more
