We have decided to use Aspen Auto Clinic for all our maintenance on our new Nissan Altima instead of the dealership. We purchased the BG Lifetime Warranty program. Our last service interval called for a brake fluid flush which we paid to have done. About a week later we noticed that the technician had left the flush mechanism on the top of the master cylinder and left the factory cap off, laying just under the edge of the hood by the firewall. When we took it back and showed the service adviser and technician, they agreed to redo the flush at no cost. My disappointment is because they were careless and it caused us another trip to the shop and an hour of our time to redo this service. Hopefully this i not representative of the quality service we will receive in the future. Our next service interval is scheduled to include a transmission flush, and since Aspen has informed us that the BG warranty does not include our CVT transmission, carelessness on this service could result in costly repairs for us.
