Service 8/17/2015

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. No pressure in the sales.Made sure I got my vehicle back by the end of day. Mechanic even stayed a little late to finish up. Only complaint was when the waiting area was overtaken by one of the staff's family. Loud, rambunctious kids. I could have done without that, but not really a big deal. more

Matt my technician was fantastic every step of the way. Was very knoledgeable and did a very thorough diagnostic test to correctly identify the issue and fix it. After having my car in two shops, misdiagnosed several times, and having it accused of sabotage, I am very very happy I went to Aspen Auto Clinic. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the Colorado area. Thank you! more

Brakes 8/10/2015

I did not know that your company would not replace parts unless a problem is duplicated. If you check the history on my car, you will find that my problem with my brakes was not fixed because it was not duplicated. I wanted the calipers and brake lines replaced as the day before I couldn't stop and almost went through a red light. I could have killed myself or someone else. Just because you could not repeat the problem doesn't mean it isn't there. I have taken my car to someone who is honoring my wishes about changing these parts. My life is worth it and so is someone else's. For the most part I would recommend you but not on something that is intermittent. more

Unhappy this time!!! 8/10/2015

I have been visiting this shop for a moment and was pretty satisfied with the service I was getting until my last visit. My remote start and alarm were working fine until your technician that worked on my car and screwed something up on it while working on my car. I called in and was told to return the car and it would be corrected. Well I took time out of my schedule and wasted gas coming back. I thought the issue was corrected until I got to work and my alarm kept going off for no reason every 15 mins. I called back to let someone at your shop know I was having issues still but chose to take it to the factory where it was installed. No one at your shop called to do a follow up to see if I had the issue with my remote start corrected since the issue didn’t start until I brought it into your shop. That’s disappointing to me. more
