Every employee I spoke with was outstanding. My car seems to be working fine so far. My only problem was that the car was promised by the end of the first day. I didn't get it until 1:30 the second day. The problems were explained and I understand. I will not schedule so much at one time again. Thanks for all you do. See you next time. more

Although I got to the shop before 7 a.m., it still took over an hour to complete a simple oil change. There was no coffee in the waiting lounge. more

They provided me good service on the repair of my car. They did a great job on the shop to make it look and feel very comfortable. It makes it really easy to stay and wait, because of the waiting area. more

You hit the nail on the head in diagnosing a leaking grommet around the oil separator housing. Once replaced..no more leaks on my garage floor. Another job well done by keeping my 1997 Honda Civic working well. Thanks. more

This place is by far the worst auto shop i have ever delt with. The manager is a joke and they all try to get every dime out of you as possible. Its the most shady place i have ever delt with. Last Jan I spent over 1k to get my car fixed. First i spent around a grand to get my thermostat housing replaced( which the manager himself assured me would fix the problem) then i get a phone call saying my thermostat is bad(which was a lie cause i had replaced that myself the day before i took my car in) and now 5-6 months down the road my car is still overheating with the same problem and the manager himself wants to charge me 80$ right off the bat just to run tests. So basically i spent around 1100$ and the problem is still not fixed and they refused to hold their word after assuring me 2 or 3 times that they would fix it right the first time. The only thing that manager did was not charge me labor to replace the thermostat(big deal). I had to pay 30$ for a brand new thermostat and i had already bought a 10$ one the day before. I called corporate and they didnt seem to care much either. This place is horrible and that manager deserves to lose his job! more

I came in for an oil change; I left with a thorough understanding of my vehicle health. They diagnosed maintenance I didn't know I needed, gave me a quote, and lived up to the exact amount of the quote even when they discovered they had minimized how much some parts would cost. You don't find that kind of treatment at most shops. I'll be coming back for all of my maintenance and repairs. And by the way, they shuttled me back and forth to my home. more
