Aspen Auto Clinic-Tutt

My vehicle was in need of an oil change and these great folks were offering free oil changes to veterans in the colorado springs area. I understood it would take some time due to the veteran overflow however these kind folks had an amazing shuttle service for a free lift to IHOP. Great service....Great people and very well appreciated from this Veteran! more

I gave up serving my truck at the dealer and have been with Aspen for approximately 2 years and I haven't looked back once, nor have I regretted my decision. Great customer service and great service on my vehicle. more

My only concern was, later after a week or two. I noticed that the tires we had talked about putting on my car were not the ones that were put on my car. I wanted the more aggressive driving off road type of tires and the ones that are on my car look more like a street tire. more

I found this place on google maps and to be honest, I have never heard of them. I went to Midas up the street from this shop and they were extremely rude and really did not care whatsoever about help me with my car trouble. Anyways I called Aspen Auto Clinic and talk to a very nice lady named Shandra, who was extremely helpful in working with me to get my car fixed. I was given a ride home as well as picked up the next day and taken to my work then to the shop when my car was ready. I would definitely recommend this place to have your car fixed. Staff was very helpful and informative about what was going. more

Time for new tires.....The crew at Aspen told me a couple of months ago that my vehicle was due for new tires. I know...ugh!!!! But as always, I got the best deal in town and took advantage of buy 3 get one free. Aspen always has deals customers can take advantage of. And because I would go nowhere else for service on both my vehicles, I save money and know that my truck and car are well serviced with exemplary customer service. more

I had a good experience with Aspen. However, I was a little concerned when I was offered a carburetor rebuild for a higher cost than replacing the entire carburetor with a new one. I was the one who had to do the research and ask why that option wasn't offered to me. However, the response was very positive and my recommendation was given all consideration. Service was very professional and overall very good experience. more

Always friendly customer service and usually very happy with the service. I was disappointed this time however that i scheduled to leave my vehicle for the entire day to have a check engine light issue resolved and it wasn't. I expected a call to be told what the issue was but after 7 hours had heard nothing. When i called to find out what was going on i was told a diagnostic would have to be run to verify the problem. Understandable but unfortunately i needed my vehicle back. So now i was inconvienced for a day without my vehicle and still have an issue that needs to be diagnosed. more

I always receive the best customer service & my car gets the necessary work done quickly. This organization breaks the model of crappy most automotive outfits. They are honest and very reliable. more

I will not use you guys again so please take me off your email list. You guys made me pay for an oil disposal fee which I have never had to pay before and is absolutely ridiculous. Turns out that your tech left an air filter out of my husbands car for no good reason "I took it out and spaced putting it back in". That is simply a very stupid and basic mistake to make and then u didn't do anything as customer service to fix your mistake but argue with my husband about the oil disposal fee and tell him that it would take a long time for any damage to be done to his engine without the air filter. I will be giving you a bad review on Groupon as well as verbally. However, the shuttle was very nice more

They explained everything in detail before doing the work and had me in and out in no time. Very customer friendly...would recommend in a heartbeat. more

Matt and the crew are great. I came in early in the morning and by 10 they had completed an oil change, rotated the tires, balanced the tires and completed an alignment. They let me know what needed repair now and what was coming up soon. GREAT customer service! more

We found some issues but we did not get the whole painted so there is still work to do more

Everytime that i have brought my car to aspen i have had great service. My car comes out fixed, it usually costs less than i expect, and they keep me a part of the process every step of the way. more

Generally I hold this shop in high regard but this time was not very good reminding me to keep my guard up even when comfortable with a shop. This time I took my truck in for a problem with the carbruator. They took longer than I hoped to diagnose the problem which put me back a day. I did need my truck on the weekend and when I called on Thursday they thought they could have it back to me same day. Unfortunately it took till Friday afternoon for them to tell me I needed a complete overhaul. I had told them I suspected it was only needing an adjustment when I took it in so the $1,200 estimate was surprising. I asked if there were any options and was given a option to finance the repair. I decided to pick up the truck and not have the work done. It was just too high a cost for an old truck. I was not upset but I did have to rent a U-Haul over the weekend since my truck was still at their shop parking lot. When I picked it up it would no longer start as it had when I brought it to them. I had to have it towed. When I got a minute, I found there was some debris in the carb preventing the float from dropping. I removed the debris and the truck ran fine again. I am glad they did not get me for $1.200. They did charge me $149 for diagnosis but I guess they must not have looked at the carb. more

The oil change was quick and had pleasnat serivce. There was a problem after but the service manager took care of it to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone. more

As always, the folks at Aspen Auto were very friendly and professional, but it still pleasantly surprised me when they said hello to me by my first name when I walked in the door. The repairs on my Buick took a few days to have parts ordered and installed which was a big concern to me as I need my car M-F to get to my job on the opposite side of town, but they had a loaner car that was available for me to use which made the whole experience go seamlessly. My car is working perfectly now. Thank you. more

We had taken our car in serval time to another shop and they couldnt find anything wrong with it but it kept making a weird noise. Then we decided to take it to Aspen Auto Clinic and within 20 minutes they found they problem and said they could have it fixed within 2 hours. They also provided a ride home for us, had the car fixed within the 2 hours and offered to pick us up as well. Customer service and cleanliness was outstanding. more
