Another champion service experience 12/29/2014

These guys treat me like they care. Good communication. Fixed it correctly the first time. Fixed only what needed fixing. Never bait-and-switch with these guys! (And gals!) They bailed me out of a very inconvenient breakdown. more

Inability 12/20/2014

Called 3 days before dropping off my car for a repair. Dropped off my car at 8 am, didn't hear back from them. Called at 1 to check the status and my car hadn't been looked at yet, was told they would call me back. Called back at 5 (since they close at 6) and they were just taking it for a test drive to experience the problem. I never received a call back, so I shower up at 6 to pick up my car. They weren't able to find the problem after 2 test drives. Within 5 minutes of leaving the problem still existed. The only thing that was good was that they didn't charge me. However I was greatly inconvenienced by not having my car for an entire day. more

Honest and Great Customer Service 12/19/2014

This was my first time bringing my vehicle to Aspen Auto Clinic and I can honestly say they were great. Once their team evaluated what was wrong with my car Matt presented the repair options and recommendations in a clear manner. The experience was surprisingly pleasant compared to other auto service center. more

Brought my Titan in for an oil change, lube, filter....it was done when they said it was done...used their shuttle because I did not want to wait (Saturday's are crazy there!) :) more

Great service and staff 12/14/2014

Staff is polite and helpful. I showed up early Saturday morning to a line of folks waiting. It's not what you want to see if you are in a hurry but it's a good sign of the quality of service that is provided. They provide a complimentary shuttle service if your vehicle will be long, even if you're only getting an oil change. They have a great atmosphere if you decide to wait it out. more

didn't finish the deal 12/13/2014

took my car in for a nail in the right rear tire. They were great got to it quickly however didn't reset the pressure sensor. now I have to go back and take my time and have it checked and reset more

Overall I love Aspen Auto Clinic. My last visit was my first (small) disappointment. The girl helping me said she looked all through my history but Aspen had never replaced drivers side headlight. After I stood my ground, it took her five seconds to find that Aspen had indeed replaced the drivers side before. more
