I'm always treated with courtesy and respect. Even after moving across town last year, I still drive across town to my guys at Aspen. This week a sensor on my F-250 tripped and they checked it out for me without an appt and almost no waiting. more

I called in the morning about a pre-purchase inspection and was promised that when I dropped the vehicle off it would have priority and would be done within 90 minutes. Well, when the vehicle was dropped off at 11:30 a.m., the work was done, the results explained clearly, and I was out in less than an hour. Very satisfied with this visit. more

Everyone I've worked with at this location is great. Pete Sanchez is especially awesome in his service manner and follow through. I've already recommended Aspen to others and have given them business cards. more

I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was an estimate and then make an appointment for another date. Especially since it was a Saturday. My vehicle was reviewed for the issue which I brought it in for. I was able to see what the technician saw and from there I was able to make a decision about whether I wanted my vehicle serviced the same day. I did decide to do so. I was given a call to confirm my vehicle would be ready at the end of the day. Great service, happy driver! Thanks, Aspen! more

I went in for an oil change. They performed a courtesy inspection and found some other issues that needed to be addressed which the dealer had recently missed. They even contacted the dealer themselves to see if the work/parts were still under warranty. I also appreciated that they showed me what the problems were so I could see them myself. There was no pressure by them to get the work done with them. I, of course, had them do it since I had enjoyed the service. more

Working on a 200K+ 15 year old pick up is a challenge - and Aspen Auto was able to identify the problems (drive train vibration and check engine light with a very rough cold start idle) and fix them in a very timely fashion at a very reasonable price. more

I have had my oil changed twice. I've been very impressed with your staff and the service I received. Only complaint I have is both times oil/grease was tracked into my car carpet and seats. I did call the clinic after this happened the 2nd time. The employee was very nice and apologized and gave me a credit to be used on a future visit. I did not expect to get the credit and appreciated the gesture. more

My vehicle was making a strange sound when going over bumps; I took it to the dealership, where they said it was bad struts, and they would need to be replaced to the tune of $700+. Something about that didn't feel right; there were no other symptoms of strut failure, so I sought a second opinion. I took my car to Aspen Auto Clinic, where they did a diagnosis and discovered that a brake pad retaining clip was missing. I opted to have them replace the front disc pads to be sure. They also discovered an exhaust pipe mount had failed, and they replaced that at the same time with no labor charge. Total cost was less than $200, and that included a new set of brake pads up front and a new exhaust pipe mount. Matt was friendly, honest, and seemed genuinely interested in my problem. When he discovered that I had a level of experience with auto repair, he spoke to me on my level rather than "talking down" to me. When they discovered the problem, not only did Matt call me right away, he also took a video of the brake pads rattling and emailed that to me. How much more "customer focused" can you get? They have a customer for life now -- with all my cars. The dealership will never see my vehicles again. more

Had an electrical problem with my Jeep. From the minute I called Aspen was polite and prompt. Had the Jeep in in ten minutes. When the repair looked to be more expensive than I wanted to pay they found a workaround for free! Loved it. more
