Thoughtful of me 7/5/2014

My car stopped working at 1-25 and close to fountain. I called and they were willing to send a tow truck and tow to nearest location - which is south of where I live. When they called me they had taken the car the additional 10 miles to the Tutt location which is closest to my house. Very thoughtful. more

Always reliable, quality service 7/2/2014

On-time check in and quick service, much better than driving downtown and waiting 4 hours for an oil change! Only negative was no shuttle was there at 8 AM despite my asking for one several days before. It had already left on a run. Suggest better scheduling and regular runs so the customer knows when to expect a ride.... more

Terrible 6/22/2014

I will NEVER use this place again. It takes three hours for a scheduled oil change. When I tried to complain to an employee he wouldn't even look at me. This is the third time that I had a scheduled appointment that three hours. When arrived to check in the man at the counter made me wait to even checkin while he proceeded to call around for a tire repair kit. The prices are extremely high and they refuse to give any pricing over the phone which is annoying. The only reason I ever went back was because I had an change package. I would rather pay somewhere else than use my last free oil change. jIffy Lube has better service more

Hard and honest work 6/21/2014

I contacted Aspen Auto Clinic on Monday morning and within a few hours had the diagnostic results and possible solutions to my car troubles. By Wednesday Ben had contacted me with a very cost efficient way to fix my problem. I had previously expressed to him that I didn't want to put an excessive amount if money into this car. I was happily surprised at the work done to my vehicle and for a cost that only made it worth so much more to me and my family. I have already started to send other possible clients to your shop and will continue to use you for my own vehicle needs. Thank you, Richard Gungler more

Secondary Check on Services 6/16/2014

I had an oil change on Friday, 13 Jun. The oil plug for the reservoir was not completely tightened before I left Aspen, resulting in two oil spots on my driveway before I identified the problem and fixed it myself. more
