While I'm not thrilled about the repairs my car needed, Aspen was upfront about the costs and necessities of each repair. Everything was a choice and a cost with no surprises at the end. more

Did a very comprehensive review of car. Note: After I picked up the car I noticed that the battery needed a charge. I found that it would not hold a charge - replaced it. Could a low charge have given a false reading??? Why didn't you pick this up?? more

Lost my business 10/5/2014

I am looking for a shop that is cheaper than the dealership. I tried out your shop but I will not return again. I took my car in for routine oil change and I was told that I had a nail in my tire which was u repairable and I needed new tires. Took my car to the shop they were purchased from, they repaired the nail hole and told me I have plenty of tread left on my tire. They did not charge me anything for the service. I don't feel that I can trust your shop to give me an honest estimate for repairs. If I can't trust you, I can't use you. more

Yet another late appointment 10/3/2014

Pretty satisfied with the work, but this is twice in a row where my vehicle was brought in for an appointment, and it wasn't seen for hours after that. The appointment was set for 1 and at 5:02 I wad informed of the service needed. I was then told it wouldn't be ready till 1 the next day. I asked if it could be done sooner due to other issues. I was told no problem it would be ready at 10 am. At 10 I called and was told the car wouldn't be ready till 1230, which turned in to 1 PM. A previous appointment was scheduled for 9 am for a oil and tire rotation. I called @ 1 and was told my vehicle was next in line and it was completed @ 3. more

Friendly Service...Horrible Prices 10/2/2014

I called prior to coming in and received an estimate but when I actually arrived at the shop to have my car repaired, they quoted me a price that was twice the amount of the over-the-phone estimate. All I needed was a headlight bulb replaced. $700?! I don't think so... more

Overpriced Brakes and Rotors 10/1/2014

People here were friendly and got my car in right away for an oil change. I could tell that my brakes needed work so I asked them to check. They offer a free inspection and said I needed rotors and brake pads in both the front and the back. The price they quoted me was almost $300 higher than another place. I have always had good service at the "other place" but it is a further drive for me so I thought I would try Aspen. For the price difference I will stick with the other place. more

emergency help 8/30/2014

car battery died on the first day of three day weekend. Nursed it to Aspen where they installed a new battery in short time. Relief! more
