Great service 6/16/2014

The title says it all pretty much. The staff is very professional and they even offer a shuttle service so that I do not need to find a ride home or wait in the waiting room. The restroom is clean and they offer snacks and wi-fi for those who do wait in the lounge. I also feel like the mechanics and front desk staff are honest. I didn't feel like they were trying to pad the bill by offering services not needed. I would return again to service my vehicle. more

Outstanding personal attention 6/10/2014

Matt went out of his way to help me with a used vehicle that I bought unknowing the engine was in need of rebuilding. He kept me informed all through the diagnostic process. I have found a auto repair shop that I feel I can trust and not have to worry about being cheated! more

Very professional and no bs shop 6/10/2014

I was very impressed with how courteous and professional everyone presented them selves. Took for an alignment and they also ended up fixing and issue I have had with the truck for 5 years with the tire pressure sensor for free. I trust these guys with any car i would need to bring in and i would highly recommend them. more

2nd Take.... 6/5/2014

Problem: drivers side heater not getting hot, only the passenger side. Had to bring it back 2 times to fix the problem. It took more than a day to fix the problem and a follow up call with a daily status report initiated by the tech would have been nice, but we were left in limbo unless we called each day to find out the status of the repair. Just created an additional burden with day to day coordination of transportation without preparation time. more

Nice reception, diligent problem research 6/2/2014

The reception was personable and they genuinely listened to my description of the problem and my non-expert analysis. They then spend what seemed to be hours to determine the source of the problem and fixed it for a reasonable charge. I forgot to give them the $25 off coupon and they refunded it by mail a few days later. I'm convinced the #1 choice in Colorado Springs award they received is no fluke. more

I had a great experience at Aspen Auto Clinic. They did an amazing job on my brakes. But $379.20 for the front brakes. That was with a $50 discount too. I love their service and that's why I keep coming back. They are always so nice and provide courtesy shuttles. I know that they back their products up with a 36,000 mile warranty but profit margins have to be pretty large. I tell people at work what I got done and how much I paid and they look at me like I'm crazy. Anyways, still a customer... more

I have been using Aspen for a number of years and every-time I take a vehicle in I get an honest assessment of the repairs and have never been pressured to do anything I want to wait on. Matt is one hell of a service manager. more

Restoring Headlights 5/29/2014
