Warrenty Repair 4/28/2014

I did not use the shuttle service this time but they fixed my car at no charge under a warranty repair from a previous issue. All went well without any problems. more

Best deal in town 4/25/2014

Went in for oil change. Service Rep recommended the five pack for $79, which is a tremendous deal. Service was done quickly, and the waiting room was very comfortable with complementary coffee, sofa, and snacks. Manager Matt is running the best shop in the Springs! more

2002 Toyota Highlander Heater Control Unit 4/24/2014

I've been using Aspen Auto Clinic for nearly 5 years. They have always done an excellent job for me. The heater control unit had been flaky for sever months making it difficult to keep heat coming into the cab. When I asked if they did in/under the dash work the said they did. I now have a new control unit that works like it should. Excellent work. more

Excellent customer service 4/13/2014

Love the customer service!! It's so easy to call, order the oil filter for my car, drop my car off and get the phone call later on letting me know everything they did, I'm very satisfied with the service! The girl at the front desk (don't remember her name) she is very pleasant and friendly as well as Ben. more

Wrong Diagnosis 4/5/2014

Went in with a problem, got it fixed, but came out with about five other problems. Filed a claim with BBB and the company resolved my problems at a different location. The location that corrected my deficiencies laughed (literally) at how bad the Tutt location messed up my car. Not only did they mess it up but they misdiagnosed what was wrong with the car. Once again, the other location laughed at how retarded the Tutt location was. more
