Nice People 4/3/2014

Tried for an oil change for the first time. Nice place, nice people, efficient and effective. I always worry that I have too much product being pushed on me for other unnecessary repairs which may have, again, been the case after I got a second opinion from a trusted, reputable source. However, for the simplicity of an oil change, I was very pleased. more

Honest, Quick service 3/30/2014

I had an oil change done in less than an hour. They checked all the other fluids as well and actually brought out a little tray with samples of the fluids so I could see how clean/ dirty they were and what they recommended based on that. Which by the way was no other changes right now. more

Problem not fixed - do not use shuttle 3/26/2014

Normally I get really good service. I brought it in for a whine but the whine is worse. the shuttle service is not good. I waited over an hour before I called and they said it would be a little longer. If I had known that I would have gotten a ride there sooner. more

oil leaking after oil change 3/21/2014

I had my oil changed in Jan. It had been leaking for a few weeks. I called and got in w/in 30 minutes, they fixed the problem, added oil, put air in my tires and I was on my way. I was very grateful and next time I won't wait so long to come back. more

Matt was very helpful and completed the tasks that we discusses plus some. He above and beyond to help me out as I am on a super low bugeted income. Excellent and professional 3/19/2014

I greatly appreciate the excellent service I received and the detailed report on the condition of my car. The tech was extremely professional and showed where the problem existed on my car. With this knowledge, I was able to take it to the dealership to take care of the oil leak under warranty. Thank you for being so thorough and professional more

Why do the service reminders have a wrong name attached? 3/14/2014

I am very disapppointed to see that I have been replaced by my husband on MY vehicle's notes that come to MY email address. When I bring the vehicle in, take care of it, arrange service, I like it to be MY name. It used to be my name... when did Roger become the POC for the Honda? more

Kind of Discouraged :-/ 3/10/2014

By no means am I a "nit picky" person but in my latest dealings with this business, I was discourage as to my treatment in regards to my vehicle. Now I will be the first to admit that I'm not a certified mechanic (otherwise I would do all of my own work) but I am a reasonably intelligent individual with access to mechanic friends and the world wide web. With that being said, when I ask simple and direct questions in regards to SIMPLE maintenance on a vehicle that I bring into an establishment, I expect to be treated with respect and not talked over or talked down to. I listen to you, you listen to me and then we come to a common understanding. That's how a conversation is suppose to work?? Now I will hopefully consider this an aberration because my dealings with this company has been pleasant in the past but if you are to ask me right now, I'm not happy and I am looking for another place to take my vehicle. more

Positive experience included timely call back with information for price comparison. Work completed ahead of schedule, and clean, prompt shuttle service. The shuttle driver was very cautious and competent on a snowy winter day. more
